Abstract: Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition that affects millions of men worldwide, with vasculogenic ED being one of the most prevalent types. It is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. Conventional treatments, including phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5i), offer symptomatic relief but do not address the underlying vascular dysfunction. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Arunveda Kondrion Kit and Arunveda Luxury High Power Kit, which are Ayurvedic formulations incorporating natural ingredients traditionally used to enhance male sexual health and overall well-being. This open-label, single-center clinical investigation included 50 male participants diagnosed with vasculogenic ED. The study assessed improvements in vascular function, serum testosterone levels, libido, energy levels, and general immune function over a 30-day period. Statistical analyses were performed using paired sample t-tests to compare pre- and post-treatment data. The results indicated significant improvements in blood flow retention, blockage revival, and serum testosterone levels (p < 0.05). Participants also reported enhanced libido, energy levels, reduced stress, and improved quality of life. Importantly, no adverse events were reported, demonstrating the high tolerability and safety profile of these Ayurvedic formulations. These findings suggest that the Arunveda formulations could serve as effective, natural alternatives for managing vasculogenic ED and warrant further large-scale, controlled clinical trials.
