Group I and II animals received vehicle (0.5% CMC); group III and IV received__ampersandsignnbsp;Muniprabha plus tabletat 100 and 200 mg/kg b.wt.,p.o., respectively for a period of 14 days. After 1 hr of drug administration, allexperimental animals received Gentamicin (100 mg/kg; i.p) intraperitoneally once daily except those from normal control group for 14 days. Weekly drug__ampersandsignnbsp;dosage was adjusted based on the respective week body weight of animals. Result: The result of this study demonstrates that__ampersandsignnbsp;Muniprabha plus tablethas potent nephroprotective action upon Gentamycin-induced renal damage in rats and possessed anti lipid peroxidative and free radical scavenging activities Conclusion: Study indicates that Muniprabha plus is a promising nephroprotective drug__ampersandsignnbsp;
