Scientific Community around the globe is linking this non-specific immunity raised by BCG with incidence of the morbidity and mortality associated with Corona Virus infection. Research is going on to find its role in shielding effect towards respiratory infection secondary to COVID-19 infection. Authors are presenting a review of literature available for the same along with possible mechanism of action of BCG against SARS-COVID and reporting the incidence of COVID infections in countries with and without BCG as Standard Immunization.
