<abstract><title>Abstract</title>
Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the wound healing efficacy of Prapaundarikadya taila in its traditional oil form and its modified formulations ointment and emulgel to enhance usability, shelf life, and patient compliance. Methods: Acute dermal toxicity studies were conducted per OECD guidelines. Wound healing activity was assessed using excision wound models in Wistar albino rats, supported by biochemical and antioxidant parameter analyses. Results: Acute dermal toxicity studies demonstrated no adverse effects, indicating safety for topical application.
