<abstract><title>Abstract</title>
Health of the nation mainly depends upon the health of stree.  The small changes in womenâs lifestyle may affect their reproductive life and lead to diseases. Now a days most of the women frequently complains of white vaginal discharge, itching per vaginal and low back pain due to the changes in their lifestyle, hormonal imbalance and pregnancy as the symptoms described in the Karnini yoni vyapad. It can be correlated to cervical erosion due to its clinical appearance. In the present, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical cancer are the burning issues of sexually active women. In the present case, a patient of age 42 years complains of white discharge per vagina on and off associated with severe itching per vulva since 2 years and low back pain since 5 months. Management was done with sthanika chikitsa and Shamana chikitsa by using the medicines with vatakaphahara, sthambana, kandugna, vruna sodhana and vruna ropana property. Aim and objective: To assess the Ayurvedic management of Karnini yoni vyapad (cervical erosion) with sthanika chikitsa and shamana chikitsa. materials and methods: Informed written consent was taken from the patient, and case was recorded as per proforma. Results: Patient got improvement in signs and symptoms as well as in pap smear. Conclusion: This case highlights the scope of ayurvedic management of karnini yoni vyapath.
