<abstract><title>Abstract</title>
Ayurvedic Samhita strongly emphasize on daily practices like Dinacharya?(daily regimen), Ritucharya (seasonal regimen), Ahara (diet) and Vihara (lifestyle). But in today__ampersandsign#39;s fast-paced world, overwhelming schedules, constant junk food consumption, sedentary lifestyles, and extended work hours have considerably reduced the quality?of life and increased the risk of several diseases. Guru Snigdha Vidahi Ushna Ahara sevana is a prominent influencer in Rasa and Rakta Dushti Hetu factors causing Rasa and Rakta Dhatu Agni Dusti). Due to these, Rasa?Pradoshaj Vikara, Shrotorodha, Pandutva, and Jwara may develop. Over a period of time, these causative factors become?habitual and are consequent to aggravation of Rasa Pradoshaj Vikara. Further, such Hetu support the generation of Ama (toxic metabolic?waste), which is specific to accumulate in the Rasa Dhatu. Ama is produced when the imbalance is formed, and it makes the source of ailments by affecting the physiological process in the?body. Ayurvedic treatments for Rakta Pittahari Vikara, apply lightening therapies through Langhana to alleviate excessive Pitta accumulation within Rakta Dhatu, along with other specific line of interventions to?manage Pitta involvement in Rasa Pradoshaj Vikar.
