Excessive uncontrolled bleeding is one of the major gynecological complain causing admission in hospital and later surgical intervention due to emergency created because of prolonged continuous bleeding. Conservative management is a need of time. There are many formulations mentioned in traditional practices to improve quality of life and to reduce the percentage of surgical interventions in gynecological disorder.
