Abstract: Beautiful and healthy hair is a sign of health and beauty. Knowledge of hair and hair care is important to achieve that. This article reviews the anatomy, diseases and the diagnosis of common hair diseases. It also suggests the general management, nutritional requirements and hair care methods. Hidden harms of the hair products are also discussed. Understanding one's hair problems and managing them rationally can help to maintain the hair and also to revive them.
