Cause of Nidra, types of Nidra, rules of Nidra, relationship of Nidra with Sharir (body) and Manasika (mental) doshas, treatment of Anidra and Atinidra are narrated in ancient Ayurveda text. Modern medical services still do not have a specific solution to this problem.
