Abstract: Background: In Indian culture, ornaments are not just ornamental; they are also thought to have therapeutic and spiritual benefits. They are believed to promote spiritual development, improve mental health, and balance the body's energies. They are made of metals and gemstones. Wearing particular stones, such as rubies or turquoise, can affect one's physical and mental well-being, for instance. Aim and Objective: The main aim is to investigate and comprehend the role that ornaments play in fostering mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in the context of Marma Chikitsa, an age-old Indian healing system. Methodology: Specific body parts are associated with particular ornaments that can increase vitality or circulation. The body's energy systems are gently influenced by ornaments, but Marma Chikitsa directly heals by focusing on particular pressure points. Some Ayurvedic practices even support the healing effects of Marma Chikitsa by using gemstones in ornaments. By supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual facets of health, they work together to promote both inner and external beauty. Marma Chikitsa, an Ayurvedic treatment method that concentrates on the body's vital areas, or "marmas," is examined in this study in relation to jewelry. Conclusion: This study explores the potential use of ornaments to support marma therapy through an extensive analysis of traditional Ayurvedic literature and modern interpretations. The relationship between two facets of Indian tradition—ornaments and Marma Chikitsa, or Ayurvedic therapy through pressure points that both seek to advance holistic well-being is examined in this essay.
