Abstract: This article examines how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being incorporated into Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medical system, to improve personalized and evidence-based holistic healthcare. It looks at how AI technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics are being used to better diagnose, treat, care for patients, and conduct research in Ayurveda. The study discusses the potential advantages and difficulties of this integration, emphasizing AI's revolutionary effect on modernizing Ayurvedic practices. The authors conducted a thorough literature search using databases such as PubMed, MEDLINE, and Google Scholar to analyze relevant peer-reviewed articles, clinical trials, and reviews. The findings indicate that AI helps create personalized treatments by analyzing individual patient data, streamlines research by extracting information from various sources, and improves patient care through AI-powered applications. Although challenges like data privacy and algorithmic bias exist, combining AI with Ayurveda holds considerable potential for advancing holistic healthcare and connecting traditional knowledge with modern technology.
